Just pay attention to how you feel when you breathe in a certain way. That is enough to be self-reliant.
See, all your moods have a certain pattern of breathing underneath. Watch. And next time, use that pattern to reach that mood. Yes, certain patterns are usable for most people. But don’t buy it at face value. Experiment and find out.
Funny, but I tell you, this is the only way to become bulletproof from the assault of the world. They are out to capture your spirit. You will undergo enforcement to put you under the rules of how to live on this planet. Right breathing might be your primary weapon to defend yourself. It will keep you stable in times of storms. Just remember to take it one breath at a time," Jay said, his voice filled with encouragement. "And always remember that no matter what life throws your way, you have the power to find peace and balance within yourself."
Like I told you, don’t worry too much about techniques. That is another trap to complicate it so most people drop the idea. Just stay breathing as if it is your little puppy. Let it play. And sometimes, when you are in the mood, try a few techniques too. Like you would train your puppy to do tricks.
As Jay reached the end of this conversation, he laughed about how his younger self might have expected some secret stuff to be revealed, like a lottery number or the phone number of “that girl.” Instead of all that, they were talking about such basic stuff. Jay cleared the air, saying, "Listen buddy, I know you might find this idea lame. I've been there, so I know. Maybe not today right away, but sooner than I realized this, you have an advantage now to wake up earlier. And in a way, it is my advantage.
Remember, right breathing is the key to escape the prison of the mind. The mind is formed by the world and you keep thinking as if it is yours.
