How linen affects your Health? | Mr.Harnish Tilwani

Hello fitness magazine decided to dwell on an interesting sector of the health, that is linen. Yes! Who would have wondered that linen plays an important role in determining your mood, personality, and especially mental and physical health?

For the same, team Hello Fitness Magazine decided to get in a candid conversation with Surat’s best linen brand Labham’s founder Mr.Harnish Tilwani.

Journey of Labham

Harnish belongs to a retail background, with mens apparel being his legacy. He wished to start his brand, and the linen industry was his lightbulb of the idea, given its an unorganized sector with a huge market. Hence, he registered his company in the name of Labham.

Labham is recognised as having exclusive designs that are refreshing and trendy. Its signature designs come in Charcoal and Cinamon colors, with aesthetic designs. With a huge research and development team, this brand focuses on bringing to the world the best range and quality of linen that enhances the appeal and health of a human being. 

“I would like to see Labham as top three brands, not just in the Linen sector, but in the quality manufacture sector. In five years, I plan to erect Labham outlets in major cities of India.”, Says Mr.Tilwani

Journey from BioTechnology to BBA to a Brand owner!

Harnish was a stellar science student, who took BioTechnology being the prey of young love. But later he had to help around with his father’s business due to which his college scores and attendance declined. Hence, after a year he decided to let go of BioTech and choose BBA, to help him with his business knowledge. He soon began to water the dream of having his brand, but since his father was skeptical, he branched out to create his own.

And now we all know how great it turned out to be.

Linen Care- How to take care of your linen?

“Lockdown has made people aware about linen care, given they spent so much time on their beds.”

  • Linens should be washed in a minimum of 4 days, and a maximum of 8.
  • Light, pastel-colored cotton linens are strongly advisable, as it helps keep your mood light. Sleeping on dark-colored linens tends to affect your mood and play with your mental peace. 
  • Linens should be discarded in one year or after 24 washes.

Though being very creative, Harnish did playfully advise us to use the linens to be converted into a mop or be tailored into shirts or cloth bags after it completes its 1 year and becomes unfit to sleep on.

Tale of Harnish’s fitness

“In 2014, I wanted a muscular body. Hritik Roshan was my man crush for that matter. So, I got myself a trainer and ardently began to follow his commands. In six months, I had visible abs and removed a huge amount of unnecessary fat.”

Harnish is such a fan of gymming now that even after the very next morning of his marriage, he was found in a gym.

“For me, the definition of fitness is being fit, and independent in all spheres of life.”

Harnish prefers to do everything on his own, even cook his meals living even though he lives with his family.

“Good diet also plays a very important role, mentally and physically, since it keeps you in a healthy posture as well as keeps your mind fresh and productive.”

To keep himself mentally fit, he practices yoga and tries to wake up as early as 4:30 a.m.

Early to bed and early to rise do wonders, indeed!
