The time has come to mark a new beginning for our longstanding commitment to art and culture. With immense joy, I am delighted to present to you the realization of a life-long dream – the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. The NMACC is a space that hopes to bind the community through the common thread of the arts. It is a tribute to India’s glorious legacy, traditions, and heritage. For the last few years, my daughter Isha and I along with our team have immersed ourselves in this dream project. The NMACC is envisioned as a platform to spotlight Indian arts and culture at its best, both for the audience and the artists. A truly inclusive centre for performers and visitors, for dreamers and creators, for one and all. With world-class infrastructure and robust programming, our aim is to make the arts accessible to everyone. An ode to our nation, the NMACC is our commitment to preserving and promoting Indian arts. I hope our spaces nurture and inspire talent, bringing people together from across India and the world.
Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre ( NMACC) - A Tour
A tour of the magnificent palace revealed The Grand Theatre, with an extraordinary lighting system, a world-class combined Dolby Atmos Surround Sound System, and a Virtual Acoustic System. 8,400+ Swarovski diamonds have been added to the latter to improve it and produce a distinctive, multidimensional experience.
It has space for 2000 people and crafted 18 diamond boxes for an impeccable experience.
It also consists of The Studio Theatre which has a seating capacity of 250 people, a flexible stage catering to the dreams of budding artists, and an integrated Dolby Atmos Surround Sound System, an LED-driven theatrical lighting system, and assistive listening devices.
As an ode to the father-in-law Nitu got made a resplendent Dhirubai Ambani Square, which centers Fountain of Joy. A lotus-inspired fountain in honor of the splendid city of Mumbai and provides a generous collection of beautifully choreographed performances.
NMACC is incomplete without an Art House which is a four-story, 16000 sq. ft. dedicated visual arts space that displays the work of international and Indian artists.

The launch event of the same blew up the internet, and every individual wished to be present at the grand opening.
All the personalities were decked in their finest to attend the work of art itself, that is NMACC!
What robbed the hearts of many fans are the looks the actors and actresses adorned on this 3-day launch event.
For the cultural center's official launch on April 1, She decided to go with upcycled saree that was made from a sixty-year-old vintage Banarasi brocade material that featured silver threads and gold electroplating on khadi silk. The sari was made by designer Amit Aggarwal. Priyanka described it as “the amalgamation of East and West,”
The desi girl’s Pardesi man Nick Jonas looked dashing in a navy suit by Manish Malhotra, whereas the sweet man Tom Holland wore a black tuxedo.
Zendaya wore a stunning expression by Rahul Mishra, a hand-embroidered sari gown paired with a textured gold bralette that looked nothing short of a draped summer night.
Gigi Hadid wears a custom Chikankari sari by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, that featured a gold jewelled top exuding royalty!
Whereas Penélope Cruz wears a graceful pink feather gown by Tamara Ralph.
The legend Feroz Abbas Khan presented The Great Indian Musical: Civilization to Nation, which exhibits India’s journey through exemplary Indian dance, drama, music, art, and more.
Ustaad Munawwar Massom too presented a trancing Sufi Qawwali titled Khusrau.
Within just three days, NMACC - the dream came alive, with its grandeur and magic became a dream of yet many artists to have a place within the revered walls of the center!
