This time, HFM team decided to discover the grooving secrets of Zumba with Aman Mehta, who is one of the first licensed Zumba instructors in Gujarat. He has been teaching Zumba for eleven years now, and the appreciation and affection is unmatched!
INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT ZUMBA
Zumba was invented in 1990s by a dancer and choreographer named Beto Pérez, an aerobics instructor in Cali, Colombia where the concepts of exercise on tunes of music that enhances the release of dopamine in a human body.
Zumba was launched in India in 2011, and the same year it was launched in Surat.
The ‘Train’ to Zumba
For Aman, Zumba was never a career option. He was pursuing his CA along with acting as a fitness instructor. In 2011, when Zumba was introduced, he got curious and began his homework on the same. He realised his need for an expert training and decided to get in depth knowledge of the same.
That’s how he reached the Zumba land!
