Shalini Bansal, by profession, is a Nutritionist and she manages a wellness centre Eatvisor. She believes in transformation, the transformation of not just the body but transforming to be an individual with a healthy mind that resides in a thriving body. She is absolutely against starving yourself or following an unreasonable diet that harms our metabolism and spoils our systems and restricts us. She wants all to enjoy their food and make health the way of their lifestyle. She specializes in curing and preventing lifestyle diseases like diabetes, migraine, and digestive system disorders curing metabolic disorders like PCOD and being mentally and physically healthy being inspired to progress towards a bigger goal of a wholesome content life.
One’s diet should be free from fear and guilt and full of joy. Her regimes are designed taking into consideration one's needs and necessities in aspects of health and daily routine to ensure this as it can be followed to be a part of day-to-day living habits and not just a practice for a short period.
She is a firm believer in enjoying good health and making changes in one's bodily or psychological systems so as to cure or prevent even chronic diseases, disorders and weight reduction, all one needs to do is to focus on what we are consuming; we are to feed our body and mind with nutrition that guards and enhances our system than defeats our being.

Yoga, meditation, and reading are some activities that refresh and rejuvenate her and she is always in awe of the myriad colours, shapes, and fragrance of beautiful nature God has created and the cherry on top of it to meditate in these open spaces, which helps to comfort her from within and fill peace and calmness.

To achieve cohesive well-being, care should be taken before the onset of the disease. That can only happen when we lead a healthy lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, exercise well, restful sleep, and stay positive and happy.
The human body is like a machine, to run this complex body’s psychology, we have to nourish it well by eating various macro and micronutrients, as our body does not produce any of it. Our physical, mental and emotional health is a reflection of what we eat.
A live example of it we saw during the Covid pandemic time, people who ate healthily and exercised well were less infected with the virus.
