Trendsetter 2022
Hello Fitness Magazine in collaboration with Times of India and Audi Surat hosted the event called Trendsetters 2022 to felicitate individuals who have contributed immensely towards health and fitness segments and earned the tag of Trendsetters by creating a benchmark for others to follow. Whereby Dr Krunal Shah was felicitated as a trendsetter in Surat for his contribution in the Doctor Fraternity.

Here is a doctor who is setting a new trend of sorts. An arthroscopic specialist who is an ardent music lover and learner, fitness enthusiast, cultural aficionado, and badminton player, Dr Krunal Shah is one person who does not impress with his work and passion for life but inspires us to live life with meaning and purpose. In conversation with TOI and HFM, he shares why he loves his profession and gives 100% when it comes to following his passion.
Krunal Shah Journey
His journey has been nothing but that filled with gratitude and learning. As a specialist arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgeon he helps professional sportspeople to resume their competitive game by offering the right and latest treatment.
Have been fortunate to help many national-level players to overcome sports injuries so that they can start performing again.
He has been invited to share my experiences at various national and international medical conferences and seminars too.
Your passion helps you to maintain a balance between your personal and professional life.
He enjoys learning vocal Indian classical and film music as well as playing piano. During his college days, he was a theater actor, performing in college plays. Besides this, he plays badminton, follows a fitness regime, and trains for international triathlons.
I am under special training for the same. I meditate regularly and have undergone Vipassana training as well.

When asked about his take on fitness, he says -
For me, fitness is staying active and energetic throughout the day and managing the pressure with a smile. A healthy lifestyle followed by some physical endeavors helps one to lead a better life. If you follow a sport or fitness regime it helps you to deal with stress both at a personal and professional level. And adding meditation and yoga to your daily routine can do wonders. It helps you stay calm, content, and happy.
