Hello Fitness Magazine in collaboration with Times of India and Audi Surat hosted the event called Trendsetters 2022 whereby Mr Pranav Upadhyay was felicitated as a trendsetter in Surat for his contribution to the property laws Fraternity.

HFM got in conversation with Pranav Upadhyay, a senior advocate with a booming practice right here at Parle Point in Surat. He and his team provide excellent services in different avenues regarding property laws and revenue cases. He believes that there is a solution to every problem and so, whenever a client comes to him with one, he pours his heart and soul into solving it. He is very passionate about what he does which has helped him build a pristine reputation and an elite clientele from all over the city.
"One could say that it is in my blood since my father, the well-known and respected Advocate Dineshchandra Upadhyay built the foundation for my success. It has been a very long and eventful journey to this point in my life but certainly one that a man can cherish."

Pranav regularly works out at his in-house gym and occasionally goes to the club Le Meridien and usually prefers strength training over cardio.
"Nothing like releasing pent-up energy during workouts!"
He loves to keep up with the news and be aware of the world around him. "Making meaningful connections with people is also something I am fond of."
He enjoys watching interesting videos on Youtube and action movies. He treasures the time spent with his family in nature like watching sunsets by the riverside. Apart from that, he finds solace in gardening like no other! He is literally quite handy with the tools.
He highlights how health and fitness have been playing an increasingly important role in our lives due to the lack of natural unadulterated food for everyday consumption. There have been an alarming number of incidents of people dying prematurely. He believes that with the lifestyle that is prevalent, it seems that we will have to choose the smart options to be at the prime of our health. Be it completing 10k steps a day, yoga, dancing, or going to the gym, having some aspect of it in your life makes it feel more fulfilling than ever.
"For me, I try my best to be active, but the hero is my wife’s delicious home-cooked food which keeps me away from the junk because what goes into that stomach of ours matters more than we think. So, I believe we all should be just a tad bit more conscious about what we’re consuming and take care of our bodies because they do so much for us."
